CONTRACT

No firm reservation can be made until a booking form and a 25% reservation deposit has been received by Holidays Almeria.com.

PROCEDURE

1. Using the availability booking calendars located at the bottom of each property listing click on the required dates (dates will be highlighted).

2. When the booking form has loaded complete the fields required and confirm the details on the summary page.

3.You will be directed to a secure payment page hosted by Pay Pal where you can pay the 25% reservation deposit using Pay Pal or Credit / Debit card.

5. You will instantly receive a confirmation email from Holidays Almeria.com with instructions for your arrival and once the payment has been made you will receive a receipt from Pay Pa.

6. On the day of your arrival a member of staff from Holidays Almeria.com will meet you at the property with the keys.

PAYMENT

The remaining balance is to be paid in cash (euros) on arrival. Clients will not be permitted to enter the property until the complete balance has been paid and a security deposit has been taken.

CANCELLATION

Villas and apartments are not commercial entities like hotels. Properties offered by Holidays Almeria.com must be booked in advance and are not easily re-rented. All cancellations must be in writing and become effective on the date of receipt. The cancellation charge is the full amount of the reservation deposit .

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY / SECURITY DEPOSIT

A deposit of 100 euros is required for all properties upon arrival as security against property loss or damage. The deposit is refunded to clients upon departure. The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival. Any excessive cleaning, loss or damage to the property will be itemized and charged to the Client. Clients are required to act in a responsible manner at all times and to act with respect towards neighbours, the Landlord and employees. Holidays Almeria.com reserves the absolute right to require any individual to vacate a property for disruptive behaviour, in which case there would be no refund of any rental payment.

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS

The total number of guests staying at the property may not exceed the number of sleeping places specified in the promotional material or the number entered on the face of this contract. The Landlord and Holidays Almeria.com reserve the right to refuse entry or evict the entire party if the number of persons occupying a property exceeds the number stipulated in this contract.

EXPENSES PAID LOCALLY AT EXTRA COST

The rental property and any facilities or services expressly included in the written information provided by Holidays Almeria.com are included in the contract price. Normal use of gas, electricity and water are also included unless otherwise stated in the price list. ..

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Unless otherwise agreed, Clients should arrive between 4pm and 7pm on the day of arrival and vacate the property by 11am on the day of departure

PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION

Holidays Almeria.com has taken care to ensure the accuracy of all information and descriptions contained in its promotional material at the time prepared, however, nothing in those materials shall be treated as a term or condition of this contract. Holidays Almeria.com shall not be liable with regard to any difference of opinion as to the condition or quality of the properties, or the surrounding area, nor for temporary defects or stoppages of any utilities

COMPLAINTS

Should any problem occur with the property, the Tenant must immediately (within 24 hours) notify Holidays Almeria.com. The Tenant should allow Holidays Almeria.com reasonable time to remedy the problem, or to find a suitable replacement property. Vacating the property without Holidays Almeria.com authorization does not constitute an adequate cause for a refund. The Tenant is responsible for informing Holidays Almeria.com of any complaint and allowing a reasonable opportunity to remedy the problem during the rental period; failure to do so will void any claim following the rental period.

RESORT DEVELOPMENT

It is inevitable that most resorts will expand and building work is occasionally unavoidable. Local authorities may grant permission to build/alter properties and roads without notice. Unfortunately such events are beyond our control. However, if we are made aware of the situation and we consider it will significantly affect your holiday, we will advise you where possible.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY OWNER/HOLIDAYS ALMERIA.COM

Holidays Almeria.com reserves the right to modify or cancel this contract at any time in any case where it is necessary to do so as a result of natural forces, or any other occurrence outside the control of Holidays Almeria.com. In the event of any change or cancellation by the Landlord, Holidays Almeria.com shall inform the client promptly and shall endeavour to offer the Client an alternative property. The Client will have a choice of accepting the substitute property and paying or receiving the difference in rate for the new property, or Holidays Almeria.com or the Landlord will refund all monies paid. In the event of changes or complete cancellation, liability will be limited to the refund of all monies paid to Holidays Almeria.com or the Landlord. In no event will Holidays Almeria.com be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages, including travel expense, alternative lodging, or other expense.

LIABILITY

The Tenant acknowledges that Holidays Almeria.com does not own any rental accommodations and undertakes only to act as an agent for the owner of the property. As such, Holidays Almeria.com shall not be responsible or liable for any death, accident, loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the rental. Holidays Almeria.com cannot accept any liability due to parental negligence. All claims are acknowledged to be solely between the client and owner. Holidays Almeria.com does not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, riot, strikes, sickness or any cause beyond its control.

LEGAL

If any discrepancy is to arise regarding the interpretation or application of this document, all parties agree to renounce the jurisdiction that may correspond to them in favour of the Courts and Tribunals of Vera (Almeria) and its hierarchies.
