We inspect your property on a monthly basis checking and testing the following: Electricity, lights, alarm systems, water supply, drainage, windows, doors, A/C units, vermin infestation, security and all access points. All rooms, furniture and textiles are checked and windows and doors are opened, ensuring that your property is aired. If there are any problems we will contact you to ask you if you wish to go ahead with individual repairs. Any major incidents or works are recorded using digital photography. A Detailed report is sent by email after every inspection.
In the event of emergency repairs such as burst pipes, dangerous electrical faults, gas leaks, etc, we provide an emergency response.
In bad weather, your property will receive an extra check to ensure that there is no damage.
Swimming pools and gardens maintained where necessary (as an additional service).
We collect and check all post, forwarding anything relevant back to you in the UK.
We meet and greet friends and family free of charge.
We offer a 24hr point of call for you and your guests.
